Hi,
We recently purchase the KD43XE7003 model, everything was working great for the first few weeks but now every time I watch a youtube video it will stop buffering after a couple of minutes (this happens every time, no matter the resolution). Netflix also becomes laggy and unresponsive occasionally and normally needs the TV unplugging to bring it back to life. It is extremely frustrating as otherwise its a great TV.
I have factory reset the TV and this cured it for a few days but it has since come back. Software is also up to date.
It is definitely not internet speed either as the other apps work fine and other devices do not have an issue. It happens both on WiFi and LAN. Internet speed is consistent with 50mbps download and 9.38mbps upload speeds. Any suggestions?

Its a longshot but how are you connected to the interwebs?
Have you checked the router /cables and ports etc?

It's currently a wired connection to a BT homehub. It was using the wifi previously but I switched hoping that would solve it unfortunately it didn't.
All physical ports/connections are all good shape too.
