KDL-40EX503 Damaged Screen

Hi there,

Would anyone know where I can get my hands on a replacement lcd panel for my beloved KDL-40EX503.

Even a working, but used panel will be fine as long as it's not scratched etc...

I know the same argument keeps popping up that it's cheaper to buy new than to repair, but I love my tv and want to see it carry on for a few more years yet without filling up a hole in a landfill somewhere.

So, if anyone knows of any dud sets where the screen is still in tact, I'd appreciate your help...

The screen is compatible with these models also 40ex500, 40ex501, 40ex503, 40ex505 & 40ex508.

I have exhausted all known sites selling spares (including ebay) and the exact unit rarely shows it head if at all.

Hence I'm now trying to put my message out to the community.

I see the predicament, as Ive had a bit of a search too, and unfortuately come up trumps

So if you cannot source the panel, there is only one further option...........
