Smart tv apps misaligned

My smart tv apps no longer line up properly. Selecting the 'youtube' logo loads BBC news, for example. Selecting BBC news loads Yupptv. The logos haven't moved but the apps they access have

Hi @Esidara 

I would try a Reset and if that doesn't work then I would try a Factory Reset. A Reset often cures these strange problems. What is the model number of your TV?
