Hello,

I have an LCD SONY KDL-32BX420 since 2 weeks and I can't play movies .mkv with a external hard disk.It appears the message:sound don't compatible.

After that I update the firmware from your site.After this updating I try again to see the .mkv movies,but this time the TV didn't reconcnize the the movie also.So no movie and no sound.

Hi - maybe try doing a factory reset on the device to see if this fixes it? Details in the Smart TV FAQ.
