SONY KDL-32S4000 jumps over channels in digital mode

Hello I have the following issue which was not happening a few days ago on a sonk KDL-32S4000.

- in analog mode I can scroll programs with +/- in consecutive order 1,2,3

- in digital mode i cannot do this

   it is jumping over some channels (hint some of them it is supposed to jump)

    however I have the following case :

   I have channel 1,2,3 then it jumps to 5 .

   If I press 4 on the remote I have a fully working channel.

    A few days ago it was not jumping over 4.

Very strange - have you tried doing a factory reset on the TV? Wouldn't appear to be aerial strength if you have fully working Channel 4 when you press 4.

Tried all reset options in service menu.

No change.

I thin is related to the way they put the channels on cable.

Note in settings functions digital configuration digital edit program list I have all program

Hi! i have the same problem too. i have the same model. it's very annoying. i think that we have same cable supplier RDS&RCS from Romania. i have vers. soft. 2.12.207 and starter 0.15.9 if it would help. the channels are there but not in EPG list. i have around 20 channels or maybe more that are hidden in EPG. pls help us.

I can join the choir - happens with my TV/Remote also. My TV is a KDL-46W4000.
