Sony KDL42W653 TV - File Not Found

Can anyone help me, we have just bought our tv, connected to the internet but when we go on web browsing it always comes up with file not found. any ideas what we need to do ? Thank you

Hi there

I think this needs to be tackled in stages..

1. Is your TV definately connected to the network?  Can you test if iPlayer or YouTube works?
2. Ensure that you have the latest firmware installed
3. If you have done steps 1 and 2 and you still get that error message, please try a "factory reset"

If after that and it still fails, can you provide a photo and more information.
