I have no idea where else to post this so it's going in here:
I 'won' a PS4 in the new TV competition.
I posted all the required materials as instructed although the 'recorded delivery' advised doesn't work with a PO BOx address.
I never heard anything back so I double checked the site. The site reported the materials were wrong (but there was never any correspondance about that).
I spoke to support at least 4 times including sending them the correct details again.
After 4 weeks of this I was told that my PS4 would arrive within 10 working days.
This was 20 working days again.
Now, when I email the support email address associated with the competition it has been removed from Sony's address list, I can only assume this is because the competition has closed.
So, I won a PS4 and hope to recieve it before the PS5 comes out.
Come on Sony, get it together....contact your customers, winners, participants, whatever you want to call us. This is a complete joke, I have never known anything like it.
