Ill attempt to answer your questions, but you might want to consider posting in your own countries forums instead though.

• HD picture lagging - need far more information to determine what you mean.
• TV updates.  Your TV is from 2011 - unless there is a major issue with your model, it is unlikely you will receive further updates - as the TV is doing what it is designed to do,
