Table top stand kdl-40ex523

I have stupidly disposed of the table top stand that came with this TV and I want to place the TV in another room on a pice of furniture. I cannot seem to locate a replacement table top stand and those listed on e-bay certainly look to be unique to each particular model.

Is there anywhere that I can purchase one of these? Does anyone have one that they are willing to sell to me? Are there generic table top stands that will fit this model?

Any help and advice would be very gratefully received.
