YouTube account features not working

Hi

I have a Bravia TV KDL40EX403 in Ireland.

Previously, I had all YouTube features working - Search, Play Video, favourites, playlists etc.

I hadn't used it for a while, but now I notice that while Search and Play Video still work, the Account features of favourites and playlists don't work any longer. All menu options under My Account give a network error. I have no problems entering my account credentials and getting authenticated.

Is this a known issue?

I also have a BDP S370 dvd player and the YouTube features are working fine - the problem above doesn't happen with the dvd player.

if you recently update your TV to the latest firmware, i would recommend you to reset your TV to factory default and give it a try again

I logged out and logged in as my YouTube username instead of my email address and it now seems to be working.
