A problem with the Sony Fan..

I have a Sony Vaio Computer...

VPCF22M1E

and it is an amazing laptop, I am very impressed.

However, the sound of the fan is so loud whenever I am playing a game such as Minecraft, anyway to reduce this without harming the laptop?
