Actual size of the VAIO

Hi,
I purchased a VP (40 GB), i transferred some song into it ,
now the memory statistics show that 36.2 gb left where as i uåploaded only 700 mb of songs....
is there a problem in my piece???

No, this is normal. Part of the hard drive is taken up by firmware, system files etc, so you will never see a full 40gb even with nothing on it.

Oh and hard drive size with v3.0 firmware and no other files is 37.2Gb
