Good afternoon. Please give the ATK drivers for vpceh3j1r (white). I can not find them.
Where can I get a full driver package when buying a laptop bundled with it was the disc.
Thanks in advance.
Hi BuverAMG,
All of the original drivers and any updates can be downloaded from the following link.

If you cannot find what you are looking for there then please explain the problem you are experiencing and someone may be able to help.

http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCEH3J1E_W/updates I see this page, but on it I was not explain ATK drivers.
ATK driver functions: volume control, brightness and others.. keys on the keyboard.
If you have installed a retail version of the OS then first make sure that the SFEP driver is installed correctly - this needs to be installed from within Device Manager using the 'Have Disk' method.
Then install Sony Shared Library and Sony Notebook Utilities.

Mm, when I installing Sony Notebook Utilities I have this problem:
Installation file I downloded this http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCEH3J1E_W/updates

I'm not sure why you are receiving that message as the vpceh3 is listed as supported.
Can you let us know whether you are using the originally installed OS? If not have you installed all drivers available for your model including the SFEP Driver and Sony Shared Library?
Can you check in the BIOS that the correct model number and serial number are recorded?
Also try resting the BIOS to defaults.

Also try resting the BIOS to defaults - It did not help.

Is not a standard operating system (Windows 7x64 home basic - standart, I have windows 7x64 ultimate), but the libraries SFEP are installed.
I’m not certain what the problem is but I suspect that it could be connected with the installation of Win 7 Ultimate.
You could try contacting Support but as they will only offer service for the original operating system this may not be productive but worth a try.
There is another almost identical thread running and it may be worth watching this to see whether the suggestions made solved the issue.
