Hello! I am from Germany and need for my Sony Vaio VGN FS115M an internal bluetooth card am such a thing possible? If where I find this card? Thanks!

You don't need a card, but something called a dongle - which usually plugs into the USB port.

Schau mal bei AVM nach. Ist zwar nicht der günstigste Hersteller, aber die Qualität stimmt.
