bluetooth not working

HI my vaio AW is having problems with the bluetooth, it says that it "could not initialize bluetoothe stack". it pairs with my phone but i can not connect to it properly and transfer files. is there an update or driver i could install that might help?

Have you tried re-installing the bluetooth driver.?

You may find the driver located in C drivers, if not then you can download the original driver from Vaio support, to open Vaio support, either by clicking Support at the top of this page or use the following link:Vaio support

Under Log-in option 2: Select your VAIO model, next to Select Model Category - Select your model from the drop down list, in your case VGN AW.

Then next to Select Model - AW...

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Downloads, then originally installed then click on bluetooth to download..
