I am using Windows 8.1 on my Sony Vaio NW21SF. Since installing the new WIndows all the text on my screen is blurry and my external monitor is underscanning my screen (black frames around it). I figured this had to do with my graphics driver, so updated the driver using Device Manager in Windows, but nothing changed. I then tried installing the Catalyst Control Center from AMD/ATI (my graphics card is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570) because I knew this software could help me with the underscanning. However, I couldn't install Catalyst Control Center. There was an error during the install and when I try to start the software it says "there is no device that this software can work with". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several others versions of Catalyst Control Center. I have tried changing graphics driver. Unfortunately, none of this works. Can you help me with this?
