Can I change "Windown XP Home Edition Pack2 Russia" to English interface

I've just bought Sony Vaio FS415MR with OS : XP Home Russia.Can I Change it to English interface?

Unfortunately you can't change the language of a the original OS supplied with your Vaio..:smileysad:

I think the only option, if you wish to have an English version of Windows, is to install a new copy of Windows XP..:smileysad:

I have purchased Sony Vaio VGN-FE21B from italy.
All programmes and Windows Xp(Media center edition) is in Italian Version.
I want to change the Langusge from Italin to English of all installed programmes
Is it possible?
Can any one help me in this cae?

To all Club VAIO members:

This week a thread in our Sony software room led me to clearly set a rule for this forum.

Quick background: a member asked in a post to provide him with a copy of VAIO Recovery CD-ROMS. The clear Sony policy on this reads, quote:

"Due to legal reasons and licensing agreements, VAIO Link cannot supply customers with Recovery CD-roms that differ in any way to the original product recovery CD-rom (i.e. different language versions, different model versions)."

Software piracy is illegal and therefore should not be publically discussed on this forum.
