Forgotten login - Vaio Z600TEK - Is it possible to reset / get in?

For Windows 7 or XP or the BIOS?

If the Windows then use Kon Boot or Trinity Rescue Kit (google) I use both and are in my IT CD/DVD folder.

If BIOS then might be a problem as not sure how easy it is to get to the BIOS battery to reset BIOS.
