Hi,
I have a SVT1312B4E and I am unable to print full documents over WiFi.
I have connected the printers over wifi not a problem and it can print 1~1.5 pages without a problem the issue is when documents are bigger than 1 pages which are 99.9PERCENTAGESIGN of what I do! I have an "Error" message pop up and the print tray shows an error but it does not say what the error is.
This error occurs with:
HP5520
Epson WF-7525
My colleagues who use HP, Dell and Asus laptops can work the printer fine - it's just my Sony Viao that has a problem.
Can anyone help as I'm frustrated with printing 24 page documents (glad they're not bigger!) 1 page at a time.
