Since I have purchased my first VIAO "VPCSB2P9E" I have encountered so many "crashes" and brought it back to the local retailer that snet to the Sony care under warranty.
After I got it back ( they changed the mother bord and so on ...) I could notice after some weeks when I wanted to use the webcam chat that the webcam" couldn't be find" or "in use with another program" ??
Impossible to use the webcam again..even after downloadind the Arcsoft applications?
Cannot also find any built-in webcam driver in the Sony link ....???
Do I have to buy again a so good ASUS laptop if I cannot gat any help from SONY ???
