Click to DVD no images accepted!

Gotta VAIO RZ0-104 since some weeks. Click to DVD does not accept still images. My videos are no problem. Whn I try to import pictures I get a windows error which I can send if I want, then CTDVD is colsed. Any same experiences?

I have a RZ104, but have never had such a problem. Please send me the error message, so I give you a better hand.

One thing that seems to help in general with windows-programs: Uninstal Click to DVD, restart machine, then reinstall the software (watch out that you have the software on a seperate disk or on the fourth recovery-disc).
