Club Vaio forum registration

Hi all, i wonder if anyone could tell me what the procedure would be if i sold my old laptop. would it be easy for the new owner to register the laptop with the vaio forum and sony.

As far as I know as you have already registered it then any new owner couldn't.

My partner did and was very happy - It was new and sealed.

K-315Z.

Always sounds like it is taking off and recently (out of warranty of course) the CD/DVD tray wont eject without resorting to a paperclip, good old Sony.

Hmm that seems a bit harsh, surely new or second hand members should have the opportunity to join the vaio users forum..

They are after all still a vaio user..

I agree but currently CV is tied around new vaio registrations.

Perhaps it should be an area of change, as you say not everyone buys a new Vaio.
