compressed files??

Hi, can anyone help m,e?? have been trying to send a music video over hotmail to my girlfriend, despite standard compressed file its still too big to send, is there anyway of compressing it further?

Video is way too big to reliably send over email.

Rich's suggestion is much better, you can also reliably use skype to drag-and-drop files, which is free and cross-platform.

Alternately, you could try using youtube or another service to upload and host the video for you over the web.
