Connecting NWZ-A865 to recieve files from VAIO VPCCB

I know this may be a frequently asked question but I couldn't find it anywhere.

How do I transfer files from my VAIO laptop to my Mp3 I can't pair the devices and I was just wondering if there is a specific way to do it. If any at all.

When you say pair, do you mean Bluetooth?

Mp3 players can also be used as USB drives. Just plug it to you Vaio, open My Computer and just do a drag and drop.

Yes I know I can use the cable but it says that it can recieve files via bluetooth that's what I want to know can I connect it to my computer via bluetooth.
