I have a VPCZ21M9E laptop that keeps disconnecting from my new BT Hub. When it disconnects it says the default gateway is unavailable. It then takes a minute to reconnect.
This began to happen when I tried to activate the instant web capability by pushing the WEB button at the top of the laptop. I also tried to activate BTfon at the same time.
I have since disabled BTfon and tried unsuccessfully to disable the instant WEB.
I have 2 other computers, a desk top Sony and a Macbook Air. Neither has the same problem. They stay connected.
It tends to happen during business hours and less very early or very late at night.
BT tells me it is the Sony laptop.
Can you help by telling me how to deactivate the WEB button and cCan you help by telling me how to make sure the defalt gateway can be permanantly corrected?
Hi. How do you access the web on this notebook? Wired or wireless? If it's wireless, I'm guessing you have too many profiles running which are all in the same range.
