defect dvd drive

hello,
2 weeks ago, I noticed that my dvd drive didn't work very well.
Neither the dvd recording as the dvd player functioned correctly.
After 40 minutes of waiting on the Sony helpdesk, someone told me that Sony was going to pick up my laptop 2 days after.
Exactly one week after the pick-up, my laptop arrived back home completely repaired.
Nothing had been touched. All things had been repaired and the dvd workd great!
At first I wasn't happy with their taking away my notebook, but after all, it worked out really well!!!
