DVD ROM dont'y read any CD or DVD

Hello,

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FS415M, but I have a problem

with DVD Rom, because don't read CD or DVD if they are not original.

for ex.original CD of driver for the printer can read

or original DVD can read

If I put a non original CD or DVD it opens like blank CD

Hi donliri,

right Click on the Computer desktop icon and select Properties..

In the new System window Click on Device Manager..

Expand CD/DVD drives

Do you have a warning icon, if so what is listed in the Device Status box.?

Everything is OK with drivers
