right I am a fairly new Sony customer, i only registered a few weeks ago....and i am VERY sure, that i never created an e-support account....and yet when i come to create one i get a message saying that i alreadly have one. So i try the only password that i 'would' have used, and ofcourse, its the wrong password.....ok, so i go to the forgot password section and fill in my details.....and it says that i should be recieving an email soon.....but no, cause that was three days ago....:smileyconfused: so what do i do now?? anyone??
