run time error?

I keep getting pop up messages on my screen saying runtime error - do you wish to debug? Is this a problem - I usually just click no and keep going, but it is getting annoying. Any help greatfully appreciated

If you go to Internet Options - in the advanced tab there a check next to debug JavaScript errors, uncheck that.
