Enter, backspace and delete failure

My enter, delete and backspace keys do not work on my Sony vaio laptop., all other keys function OK. Who can help??

What Vaio Model do you have? 

Are you still in Warranty? 

Are you in the UK?

You can try reinstalling the keyboard drivers but in 99% of cases the problem is hardware related. 

Usually a cable is poorly connected or the keyboard itself has developed a fault and someone will need to look inside for the cause.
