Erorr while creating recovery disks

I have a sony vaio SVE1511H1E    it s brand new , i haven t instaled anything .

When i try to create a recovery disk i receive every time an error " An error has occured while creating disk, restart and try again " . Can anyone help me/??

Hi Adrian_tdr,

Make sure that there are no programs open when trying to create the recovery disks.

If you still have problems then try different media - for example DVD+R  Sony, Verbatim or TDK.
