Help trying to reinstall Vista from Back up disk. hard disk fully formatted, however every time I attempt to reinstall vista it shows an error code 403.
How do I reinstall Vista from scratch to hard disk without 403 showing on the screen. What does it mean, how do I deal with it. any help gratefully received. Thanks
