Error loading message

Hi
I am useless with computers so would appreciate help. When I first log on I get this message
Error loading C:\PROGRA 1\tesconet\rydial.dll
The specified module could not be found
Tesco is no longer my ISP, can you tell me how to get rid of this message please

Hi Peny,

Click Start > Run and type in msconfig and press Enter. A new System Configuration Utility window should open click the Startup tab.

Can you see C:\PROGRA 1\tesconet\rydial.dll listed there..?

If so click the tick to disable the program from starting, press Apply and restart your vaio..

You may get a pop-up window stating System Configuration Utility you are using the selective startup for troubleshooting your system", place a tick in don't show this window again and select OK..
