Hi All
I have recently purchased a PCG-8X2M with Vista home premium and am having software problems. Firstly I tried to load my MS Office 2003 and was asked for a 25 digit code as opposed to the 20 digit code it came with. Secondly I did not seem to be supplied with a 25 digit code for the 60 day 2003 trial so went online to MS and was supplied with a relacement number which when I enter says that the number ius incorrect....most frustrating !
Any advice would be appreciated Hi All

Hi BrianofGradels
Welcome to Club Vaio..
Normally, unless this has changed since Vista, in the pack of leaflets etc that came with your Vaio there should be a Microsoft Product Identifier card with a trial key sticker attached, similar to this below...
It might be on the MS works leaflet..??
Enter the 25-character Trial Key found on the Microsoft Product Identifier card into the Setup dialog box (as per image)
Thanks for that but that ID was not in the box. Still wonder about why I cant load my existing Office 2003 or why cannot use replaced 25 digit ID for demo
