hi all,
i cant connect to vaio web support after clicking on vaio update from menu start (ar51su), i am getting an error : "your model information could not be found on the server, please try again later, message id=0008". vaio update 3 ver 3.0.02.05280
am i doing anything wrong or is it just not working?
it could be that "simply" your model is not in the database yet. wait a few days or contact sony (had the same problem on my FZ21S, they added it and the problem was solved)
Hi, I've got the same problem... and my model IS in the database. Its the Sony Vaio Blazing Red CR11Z/R model.
Everytime I go the Sony Vaio support website, I've got to log in EVERYTIME with my serial number n product code.... its soo annoying, cuz it did actually work before where I didnt have to log in, it automatically recognised my laptop when I was running My Club Vaio.
Doesnt now for some reason...
ANY IDEAS anyone???
I have the same problem with my CR11Z/R as well
