So, as you may have read in my other post, I had a problem with getting what I was promised, the Ana Johnsson CD, but I finally got it....it's just took three days that's all!
Now, since I registered my product with Vaio-link, I received an email with my username and a link for setting up my password and activating my account. Well, the link did not work. I phoned them three times yesterday and they sent me two more emails, but the same problem. They sent me another link today but nothing. Around 12, I received a phonecall and I was told that the reason for not working is that eSupport is available ONLY for notebooks and desktops.
Fine, I received though another call a few minutes ago from Vaio-link and I was told that they sent me another link. When I said that I was told earlier that it is not available for VPs, the reply was that since I am registered, I am entitled to it.
I tried the link and again it wouldn't work. I then phoned them and I was told that it is NOT available for VPs. I guess that they don't really know what is going on....
After a few minutes I got an email from the guy I spoke and he told me that I am entitled to eSupport pologising for the misleading info.....
Since it is not available, why was I getting all these emails for activating my account??? I did all these phonecalls because they simply did not know.....:smileycry:
No, idea. Register it as laptap LOL.:smileyconfused:
I can't find any option to registered a VP on VAIO-Link too. Are you sure that you must register your VP on VAIO-Link?

That's a little bit strange. Because the VP is not more the newest player.

This explains why we cannot register the VP online.....I thinkI don't have a VP.:smileywink:
