That's all I can say atm.
I have registered my new notebook okay but eSupport also requires me to enter my email and serial no. then says my registered email is not in the database ...

Yes this is a common problem, and Sony are going to fix it very soon.
Oh right I see thanks .. doesn't that cause a lot of inconvenience why don't they let customers know there's a problem and get it fixed.
Well, the Sony team are very busy re-launching Club VAIO.

Yeah, thats where I am going in the first place - thats got the eSupport link that doesn't work! Now completed a full circle - how do I get eSupport??
