Fan is too hot..

I have an VPCEB1S1E/BJ, but the problem is that  the had begun to be noisy... it runs all the time, and I am affraid that the computer maybe too hot.. i used a program called speedfan to measure the heat inside my notebook, and these is the results...

these is takin yesterday, while i saw i video, and played a game in window mode..

Well now i haven't i used it at my bed, only at my desk with a hardsurface, and with speedfan measures it the temp to be 70 - 74 degress.. with full power and adapter connected..
