Hi every body.

I have formatted my laptop (VGN-BZ21VN)because of some problems.after that I installed all drivers through the internet downloading.but I did not find driver/software for fingerprint sensor of my laptop.

is any body here to help me and send me the software or link of download of that?if you want to send the link,please determine exactly which program and which part should be installed.

i will be thankful if any body inform me about this matter as soon as possible.

Hi m_sadeghpour and welcome.

You need Protector Suite QL Upek which is part of the original drivers and utilities for your model and available to download from here:

http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/downloads/preinstalled/index.aspx?l=en_GB&m=VGN-BZ21VN

This is a zip file, so extract and run Setup.exe.

You will also find a registry patch (Protector Suite QL Upek Registry Patch). Again extract and run o61108.reg.
