Hi,

I have a brand new notebook from sony, its product name is SONY-SVE1712S1RW, and its model number is SVE171E11V.

AFTER DOWN GRADE win8 to win 7..

The function keys is working on it, such as the volume control buttons. But FN+f1 (turn off tuch pad) is'nt work.

Sony havent been very helpful with this, and its a brand new computer, Any ideas on what to do?

У меня новый новый ноут SONY-SVE1712S1RW, номер модели SVE171E11V. На нём работают практически все кнопки FN, но кнопка выкл тач пада не работает.

Есть ли какоето решение? МОжет драйвер клавиатуры?

Hi massimka and welcome.

Have you tried installing the drivers from a previous model that was released with Windows 7? You will have to find one with a similar specification.

You will probabl need to install :

Touchpad Driver

Sony Shared Library

Hotkey Utilities

But probably many more!
