Hi!!!
I formatted my notebook and now I am lost... I saved backup in my pendriver but this now as corrupt archive. I made some updates.
Can Vaio scan my machine and detect drivers that necessary to install????
VGN-A217S (now Windows XP Professional)

I'm afraid there isn't a scan available to detect what drivers you need etc. However, you can download the original drivers pack from Vaio-Link

Did you actualy delete the hidden system restore partition.If not you could find all you need there.
