FW11E Noise Problem

Dear Friends,

I bought Vaio Vgn-fw11e yesterday. Everything was well until I make screen brightness one level lower. The laptop makes noise like zzzzzzzz. Is there anybody see that problem? I can hear that noise when the place is very quiet.

There is no noise on maximum brightness. But on all other levels, there is a noise like an electrical friction. (like vızzzzzzz)

What must I do? Is that a general noise problem on all vaio notebooks or is only my notebook have that problem?
