fx401 memory upgrade

Hi

I have an fx401 that still looks to be going strong despite a broken battery. I want to upgrade the memory in it. The official spec says that 512MB is the most you can fit but I have seen 512MB 200pin PC133 SO-DIMMS avaiable which should take it up to 1Gig. Does anyone know if these will work?

Unfortunately no the maximum RAM is 512MB...

I also think a 256MB module is the maximum your vaio will accept...:smileywink:
