My purchase date for my sony vaio VPCEB3J0E is 10/06/2011 - I bought it from Save on laptops.co.uk - Thought the price was reasonable and now I wonder why because last week the Hard disk failed. I was 7 days out of warranty. Thing is didnt actually use the thing for the first 7 days. Took it to a computer expert who told me the Hard disk was broken. I still think it is unreasonable that it should go so soon irrespective of warranty. Any advice please, tried ringing sony, tapped in my Serial number and they told me sorry out of warrenty plese ring our rediculously expensive line - pretty gutted all round. Again any advice would be welcome !!
