"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" I've checked the device manager, clicked the Qualcomm Atheros AR3011 Bluetooth(R) adapter, uninstalled it. Restart the computer and it got reinstalled but nothing change. I still cant use it. It said the same thing I've mentioned earlier. I even tried to update it but it said it's already up to date. Help me. My sony vaio model is VPCEG18FG. My laptop has just been formatted and then this problem happened. Before, I can use my bluetooth well. Help me please. I want my babyy bluetooth back >A<;

Hi MilaLova,
This would appear to be an Asia Pacific model. Have you tried the original Bluetooth driver from the support site?
