Click on support above, you can either provide your serial number or select your model and operating system from the drop down menus for pre-installed utilities and drivers plus any available updates.
For FN keys to work, you need to install:
1) Utilities DLL
2) Shared Library
3) Event Service
...in that order and reboot.
