How can I update SONCISTAGE software?

I heard that there is latest one version 3.1. However, in my laptop A397XP, the version is only 2.1, can I update this to the latest version? How to do it?

How to update from VAIO-Link, can I just update from SonicStage software or I should use VAIO update to update all the VAIO software?

Download it from the CONNECT website.

I would stick with 2.1 if I were you, at least until the European release arrives! updating sometiems causes greif! If you do want to UG then take a backup first just in case.
