I am a new guy here,
I found some keys of keyboard did not work today.
luckily, my laptop is in warranty,
but I can not contact with sony repair here.
I appreciate if everybody show me how to do it.
i am in Zurich now.

have you tryed ringing them
(on support)
and it could also be a missing driver that will get replaced in a system restore but all date will need backing up so you dont loose it

(have you got your laptop damp,wet,left in the cold,ect?

But I met some trouble to register now.

hi hhuang i have added the link for vaio phone support this will allow you to register your laptop over the phone (if not already done so after the first post)
and then also has the numbers for the support line for all vaio
