how to get missing bluetooth driver?

Attempting to connect Sony Experia S (LT26i) phone to my VPCCW1S1E laptop.  Set-up does not complete because 'bluetooth peripheral device' driver missing.  My Windows7 is up-to-date.  How do I get the driver?

Does the phone come with an installation CD? The driver should be manually installed from there. Also try to search for it in this site.
