I hate my laptop pcg-grt916z

I have my laptop for 10 months, it still falls out 10 times a day with "Driver not less or equal". I've first tried with this sit, no solution, now I have phoned Sony, no solutions. I am sick with this computer. If Sony is such a good firm they would offer me now a new laptop. My wife has an SUPERMARKET laptop for three years and has no problems at all.

Two times I looked at the e-support and now it's out of duty.
I'll get a little bit crazy of it ALL. It's unbelievable.

Unbelievable....I'm using the e-support for my problem (notebook crashes). I installed recovery-cd and the router to get to the internet. They came with an answer a child of 4 years can imagine, it must be your software of the router (as if I never tried it the past 10 months.
I had hoped for a better answer , like:
- look in that directory,
- look at the changes of cpu
- look at some configuration
At least something a professor only thinks of. What's usable for me.

Again a day passes by of my patience and guerantee.

Hi

Sounds like you're getting the usual Sony sh&t - tell them you've upgraded the software and firmware of the router and the problem still pesists.

my experience with the e-support :

1. I wrote my question.
2. I get a not very intelligent answer.
3. I write a new post with the same details, but other words.
4. I get a more usefully answer. But with why and what.
5. I wrote, there is no why and what, that is so.
6. I get the answer : thank's for your information, sorry I can't help you.

Sorry E-support, I think you works very well and fast. But your answers are not very helpfully.

The best is, I get everytime a answer from a other people.

I hope my problems and problems from other people, help to make better hard- and software, for the next VAIO-generation.:smileyhappy: :wink:

Took me days to get an answer on warranties around 2 years ago, I asked the question they replied with irrelivant information, so I elaborated, still got the same reply, so I did a bit of research and I gave THEM the answer, and they were like, ohhh wow.
